hi, i have a computer that has windows xp running on it. i can use explorer, and open folders, but none of the applications will run due to a file error.i cannot download and run any files. what can i do to wipe the computer and reboot it with one of your boot disks? PS BIOS (pressin F2 during startup) does not show any menu to Reboot, or clear the hard-drive or anything...whats up with that?)
