My computer crashed and will not boot up. It's asking for the boot up disk which I don't have. If I down load windows 2000 from this web site will it allow me to boot up and retrieve data I need from my hard drive? I'm going to purchase another computer but I need to get to my hard drive including e-mail to retrieve some data.

I would appreaciate suggestions.
